What local employers expect

• One page for junior profiles, two pages beyond ten years of experience
• State your French level on an explicit scale (A2, B2, C1)
• Name the target contract type (CDI or CDD) in your summary
• List experience newest-first with no unexplained gaps
• Include a recent photo for sectors that still expect one

Documents usually requested with the CV

• ID card or valid residence permit
• Degrees translated into French and certified
• Reference letters from previous employers
• French social security number, if you have one

Formatting conventions
