Does the template contain pre-filled English text?▼
No. It is completely empty of content, but the section headings are standard English (Experience, Education, Skills) because that is the spelling applicant tracking systems recognise.
Can I write in another language inside this English template?▼
Technically yes, but avoid mixing languages on the same line: the reading direction becomes ambiguous for an ATS. If the job ad is in English, write everything in English.
Should I send PDF or Word?▼

Why translating an Arabic template is not enough
Because section headings are the first thing an ATS reads, and they are not translatable: the software looks for Experience, Education and Skills in exactly that spelling. A machine-translated template produces non-standard headings, the section is filed as unknown content, and your experience drops out of the index.
What makes this blank English template different
