Dark Souls CV Template: Attributes Built from Your Record

This template presents your CV as a character sheet from a punishing game: eight attributes — vigour, mind, endurance, strength, dexterity, intelligence, faith, arcane — each computed from a different part of your CV, with the rune level as their sum. Your experiences become enemies vanquished and your certifications covenants sworn. It suits hard, cumulative paths: security, technical support, crisis management and long careers.

The steps

1. Open the template and choose "Use this template" to reach the editor
2. Fill in name and job title, then a summary of two lines at most; the space truncates the rest
3. Enter four experiences; each appears as a vanquished enemy with a name and a location
4. Enter your skills — the grid shows nine slots across three columns
5. Set certifications as covenants and references as summons, then export

Practical tips

• The eight attributes are not typed in: vigour follows your experience count, intelligence your skills, faith your languages — fill the sections to raise them
• The description is short by design, so write one strong sentence instead of a paragraph
• Use it where resilience is an advertised strength: roles demanding patience with complex systems

• Writing a long summary, which gets truncated and looks cut off
• Entering more than nine skills; the grid is fixed and hides the surplus
